PAYMENT OPTIONS
We accept the following payment methods:
EFT (Electronic Funds Transfer)
Upon Checkout, our banking details will be provided to you if you select EFT. Please use your order number (emailed to you) as the reference for your payment and email Proof of Payment to amanda@steammasters.co.za. Your order will only be finalized upon receipt of your Proof of Payment.
WE DO NOT ACCEPT SMS NOTIFICATIONS AS PROOF OF PAYMENT, WE ONLY ACCEPT PROOF OF PAYMENT THAT HAS COME DIRECTLY FROM YOUR BANK.
Orders will only be packaged and shipped once proof of payment has been received.
Cancellation of orders due to non-payment. We allow 48hrs hold on all online orders. If the purchaser has not paid within that period the items will go back into stock. This does not apply to pre-orders or extensions communicated between the purchaser and Steam Masters.
